Dave Hadley
Founder & President
Dave established Wireless Networking Solutions, Inc. in 1999 and has built a company that serves the entire state of Indiana. WNS was started to deliver quality wireless WAN & LAN solutions using Aironet, Cisco, and Ceragon products to clients that needed reliable wireless connection. Now WNS also specializes in security solutions that include Video Surveillance Systems, door Access Control, cell phone boosters, and Video Analytic Software. With a hands-on approach to leadership, Dave has fostered strong, lasting client relationships, positioning the company as a trusted provider for K-12 school corporations, government agencies, banks, hospitals, and other businesses across the state.
Dave’s expertise in sales, coupled with a deep understanding of both technology and client needs, has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and reputation for delivering high-quality, reliable security solutions. Dave continues to seek innovative technology solutions that is in the best interest of his clients.

Outside of his professional life, Dave enjoys his Corvette, trips to Florida, his lovely wife Penny, children, and grandchildren.

Martha Warner
Marketing Director
Martha has been an official member of the Wireless Networking Solutions team since 2025, after leading the development of the company’s new and improved website. She brings extensive experience in digital marketing, communications, and strategic storytelling. As Marketing Director, Martha oversees the WNS and WNS Security brands, managing external communications and marketing platforms including social media, email newsletters, blogs, and digital content initiatives.
Before joining WNS, Martha spent years in the classroom teaching English, language arts, communications, and technology-related courses across public schools, charter schools, community colleges, and universities. Her background in education, combined with hands-on experience presenting at conferences and working directly with schools and organizations, provides a valuable perspective when communicating complex technology and security solutions to diverse audiences.
Known for her strategic thinking, clear communication style, and ability to connect technical services to real-world impact, Martha helps position WNS as a trusted partner for schools, organizations, and communities. She works closely with leadership and project teams to ensure the company’s messaging reflects both its technical expertise and its commitment to long-term client relationships.

Kyle McKinley
Project Manager
Kyle has been a key member of the Wireless Networking Solutions team since 2009, bringing experience in managing security technology projects. As Project Manager, he focuses on the design and deployment of integrated systems, including Video Surveillance Systems, Door Access Control, and enterprise-level monitoring solutions.
Kyle has led successful projects across a variety of industries, with a strong focus on educational environments. He has worked extensively with K–12 schools and higher education institutions to implement scalable security systems that prioritize student, staff, and campus security.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and attention to detail, Kyle ensures every project meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and client satisfaction. He supports the WNS technicians to best fulfill the clients’ expectations.
